INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF ABSTRACTS​

The ISSCR, Horizon2020 Training Network EpiSyStem, and ISCS welcomes abstracts to be submitted for Stem Cells: From Genes to Organs that report new research within the following topic areas:

  1. Pluripotency, Reprogramming, and Early Development

  2. Single Cell Gene Expression

  3. Adult Stem Cells and Stem Cell Niches

  4. Disease Modeling

  5. Stem Cell Technologies

  6. Tissue Engineering

  7. Organoids

  8. Clinical Applications & Regenerative Medicine

  9. Other

 

ABSTRACT REQUIREMENTS
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
  • Poster presentation will be in e-poster format. 

 

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Presentation Type: Each abstract must be submitted as an oral or poster presentation. Abstracts that are not selected for an oral presentation will automatically be considered for an poster presentation

 

  • Presenting Authors: Each abstract may indicate only one presenting author who will receive all abstract-related correspondence and will be responsible for relaying information to all co-authors. (Data required: first name, last name, gender, affiliation, full mailing address, email address, phone number and career stage)

 

  • Co-Authors: Each abstract submission may include a maximum of 24 co-authors. (Data required: first name, last name, affiliation, affiliation location and e-mail address)

 

  • Abstract Title: The abstract title is limited to 175 characters (not including spaces)

  • Abstract Content: The abstract body text is limited to 2,000 characters (not including spaces), must be formatted as one paragraph, and should not include section titles, tables, graphs, charts, diagrams, authors or references

 

  • Funding Source(s): Authors may list funding sources (limited to 200 characters not including spaces)

 

  • Keywords: 3 keywords must be listed that describe the research

ABSTRACT EDITING

Once you have submitted your abstract you can edit the document/authors/affiliations etc. by logging in again. Kindly note that this feature is only available up until the submission deadline or until the abstract has been accepted.

 

ABSTRACT STATUS

Once your abstract has been reviewed you will also receive an email notification. You can check the status of abstracts submitted by logging in. Click on the abstract tab to track the review process.
